In March 2019 CenGen was privileged to gain a new team member, Ms Kirsty Botha. Kirsty completed a master’s degree at the University of Pretoria in 2017, specialising in plant physiology and biotechnology. She has the mammoth task of being responsible for all aspects of the wheat research projects (internationally & nationally funded) that are running at CenGen. We would like to welcome Kirsty to the team and wish her all the best in the new position. We look forward to all of the skills and knowledge she will contribute to our group!
